If i could give this to my web design clients i think it would help them not only understand all the work and planning that goes into a proper website but how they should be asking more from their website than offering static info but have it engage their customers and lead to generating more revenue and provide better customer service. But it seems it is all often lost on the average customer in function and in labor, essentially they want quick cheap sites that do nothing but reinforce their business merely exists. It 2016 and the majority of all purchases at least start on the web and it is often times the first impression one has of their business.
